Fall Meet - Frequently Asked Questions
|

A: In the May/June issue of the Antique Automobile Club Magazine there will be an activities card listing all the available activities pertaining to the AACA Eastern Divisional Fall Meet at Hershey. Complete the activities card and mail to the National Headquarters. An AACA staff member will then mail to you the appropriate registration card. If you are a new AACA member and did not receive the magazine, please call national at 717-534-1910 to request the registration packet. Complete the card and mail to Hershey Region AACA, PO Box 305, Hershey, PA. There is a limit of (3) spaces per person (each space is approximately 30’ X 10’) during summer registration. Assignment of spaces will be in order of post mark on the mailing envelope.

A: There are no guarantees of space assignments. If you would like a space (s) adjoining your existing spaces, submit a note along with your registration card and check. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Again, there are no guarantees.

A: Same as above to request a registration card. There will be a (2) space limit during summer car corral registration. Spaces are approximately 10’ X 20’. Cars must be at least 25 years old, AACA recognized and driven onto the car corral field. Street rods are prohibited. Car corral spaces will be sold for $125.00 per space and space is limited. Assignment of spaces will be in order of post mark on mailing envelope. If available car corral spaces will be sold at the fall meet starting Wednesday during show week at 7:00a.m. There are no guarantees of available space (s) on days of the meet.

A: Show car registration is completed online at the address below. You will need your AACA membership number and pin number printed on your membership card:http://members.aaca.org/login.aspYou must be an AACA member and the vehicle must be at least 25 years old and recognized by AACA.

1. Antique Vehicle Trailer Parking
2. Saturday Ladies Luncheon
3. Saturday evening awards banquet
4. “Juniors at Hershey”

A: Electric mobility units are available for rent to those with a handicapped tag issued by the state in which you reside. Scooter Bug, Inc. has been contracted this year to provide the handicapped carts. To pre-register for a handicapped cart or more additional information contact them directly:

A: You can use your personal electric mobility vehicle (no gasoline powered vehicles) after it is registered at any of the flea market field entrance tents or by Scooter Bug, located in the Hersheypark service center. Register by showing your state issued handicap parking placard.

A: For the safety of our visitors and members, moving vehicles, including motorbikes, scooters, roller blades, skateboards, mini-bikes, motorcycles and privately owned motorized carts, are not permitted to operate on the flea market, car corral or show fields. No gasoline powered vehicles permitted.
EXCEPTIONS: Handicapped registered, electric scooters or electric golf carts. To handicap register your electric vehicle, go to any flea market field entrance tent or to the Scooterbug office located in the Hersheypark service center, and show your state issued handicap parking placard.

A: A vendor may transfer their space (s) to another AACA member by submitting a signed notarized letter to The Hershey Region AACA Headquarters, PO Box 305 , Hershey , PA 17033 . The letter must include the space (s) to be transferred, the new vendor’s name, address, phone number and a copy of the current AACA membership card (of the new vendor).
